Dismantling
every critical piece of
equipment in the plant once or twice a year is expensive and time
consuming.
Disassembling machines when it isn’t
necessary, often cause other problems when reassemble occur; gaskets or seal
will be improperly install; nuts and bolts are not tighten properly;
original alignment or balance of the machines
are often
disturbed.
